The Social Market is basically a market with food stalls, clothing stalls and music which creates a great & chilled vibes typa thing. One can almost say you’re in a different world because of the Fashionistas that grace the venue (which is now The Hatfield Plaza Parking Lot) with Style that is INSANE, straight out of a magazine and such fashion that requires one to check themselves before stepping out.
We as the Cap City Bloggers are absolutely thrilled by events such as The Social Market, because before the Social Market, Pretoria had very limited spaces for creatives to come together and share ideas, since its birth, word has been travelling across social media networks that the Social Market is the place to be & boy is it growing fast.
As a Fashion Blogger I’m personally giving props to Maitele Wawe and Sizo Dlezi (pictured on the right) , the founders of The Social Market, this is such a dope concept & it really has put Pretoria on the fashion map.
