KFC × NASTY C SERVE UP THE SAUCIEST DROP OF THE SUMMER

Signed, Sealed, Sauced.

South Africa just got its wildest cultural crossover — and it’s dripping in heat, flavour, and pure Ivyson energy. This summer, KFC teams up with Nasty C, the superstar shaping global hip-hop from the heart of Africa, for a collaboration that’s already rewriting the rulebook on music x food culture.

A partnership no one asked for, but now nobody can live without.

This is not just a collab — it’s a cultural event. Fresh off the release of his critically acclaimed album FREE, and the rise of Tall Rack Records as a visionary home for youth-built creative expression, Nasty C steps into a new arena: the KFC kitchen. And he enters with the same fearlessness he brings to every beat, bar, and business move.

The result? A limited-edition KFC menu that’s as bold, layered, and flavour-forward as the man himself.

Nasty C rewrites KFC history with three sauces in one — a first for the brand in South Africa:

  • Colonel Sauce
  • New BBQ Sauce
  • Hot & Spicy Sauce

Stacked with a crispy Original Recipe fillet, cheese, and a hash brown for that extra punch, the Nasty C Burger arrives as the official flavour anthem of the season.

And he didn’t stop there, his bespoke menu features:

The moment it became iconic

On 4 December 2025, at Braam’s culture-filled hotspot Drama, Nasty C didn’t just debut a burger —he signed it. Officially. Yes, the burger is now an artist under Tall Rack Records.

The streets will talk about this one for years.

The signing ceremony unfolded at “Pass the Aux,” surrounded by Ivyson family, fans, and media, blending food culture and music culture in a way only Nasty C could pull off.

Timed with the Ivyson Tour — this drop is nationwide

Running from 2 December 2025 to 5 January 2026, the KFC × Nasty C menu is available at over 700 stores across South Africa. Forget “song of the summer.” KFC calls this the flavour drop of the year — and they’re not wrong.

Two powerhouses. One youth-first mission.

“KFC and Nasty C? That’s a no-brainer. Nasty C isn’t just making music — he’s shaping culture. He’s a whole movement. We feed potential, not just hunger, and Nasty C embodies the very same belief.”

Grant Macpherson, Chief Marketing & Digital Officer at KFC Africa.

Nasty C galvanises youth creativity. KFC invests deeply in youth potential.

From the KFC Streetwise Academy and Add Hope, to Ikusasa Lethu scholarships and grassroots sports development, KFC continues to build spaces where young people aren’t just served — they’re seen.

Africa’s biggest chicken brand × Africa’s biggest young star

With over 1,500 restaurants, 40,000 employees, and a legacy that runs through the DNA of South African culture, KFC remains one of the continent’s most influential brands.

By tapping Nasty C — a global artist, entrepreneur, and generational voice — the brand pushes the culture forward in a way that feels relevant, rebellious, and undeniably youth-driven.

The verdict? The summer just got deliciously nasty.

From studio sessions to store counters, from nationwide menus to Tall Rack Records, KFC × Nasty C is a reminder that culture lives where creativity meets community — and where the sauce never stops flowing.
